Church Leadership Ministry
Leadership is the act of influencing/serving others out of Christ’s interests in their lives so they accomplish God’s purposes for and through them.
But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave — just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” – Matthew 20:25-28, NKJV
Gospel preacher
Preaching the gospel is the greatest task any individual can be given. The gospel affects lives for all eternity!
The gospel is clearly defined in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. Jesus Christ died on the cross for sinful man, he was buried and rose again the third day. This good news details the love of God. Sin must be punished, but Christ died for our sins, therefore God can justly forgive all that believe the gospel. The God of the Bible is a just judge that must punish transgression of his word. Yet this same God is love, he is merciful and gracious, he sent his only begotten Son to pay for man’s transgression. We now have the option to escape condemnation, all that is required is that we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ! Yet, how do we get this news to a world of lost sinners?
Young Family Ministry
We love the opportunities for families to get together, develop friendships, and support each other in growing in faith. We welcome families in various stages of life, from pregnancy to elementary age kids.
In our ministry, “family” encompasses families in all shapes and sizes – married couples, single parents, adopted children, one child, multiple children, etc. It’s great to talk to peers about the joys and challenges of raising a family, and it’s also a blessing to learn from someone just a step ahead of you. We welcome you in our community!
Youth Ministry
It is true that there is a temporary nature to youth ministry work; students are with us for a short “season” of life, and often we will never get to see what they look like as adult members and leaders in the local church. Still, even in their years of youth, our job as youth ministers is to equip them to “do the work of ministry” right now in the context of the wider local church body (see Eph. 4:13). Young people have much to offer to the wider church body right now, and youth ministers should be diligent in releasing them for ministry and service.
Teens Ministry
The significant number of teenagers in our communities, the unique struggles and challenges they face, and our Lord’s command to “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone” (Mark 16:15) compels every church to develop a dynamic youth ministry that reaches out to teenagers.
Some of the most important decisions in life are made during the teen years.
Ministering to teenagers can be one of the most productive, life-changing ministries in which you can be involved. You can experience the joy of helping teens make the transition from childhood to adulthood. You can help lead and guide them in a positive way as they make decisions that affect them for the rest of their lives.
Ministry to Children
Psalm 71 reminds us of the importance of learning and knowing the wonders of a relational God from our very beginnings. It reminds us that our relationship with God influences our lives today and the lives of future generations. The children that your ministry will touch already have a relationship with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Through Children’s Ministry leadership, children may grow in understanding of what God has
called them to be and to do.

Missionary work
Missionaries go into a community to teach about Jesus Christ and the Christian faith. Missionary work depends on where the individual or group of missionaries are going (international or local communities). At the very least, a missionary’s first responsibility is to God, then to his or her church or missions agency.
The most important duty of missionaries to teach people about Jesus Christ, and His great commandment to love God and to love others. This means ensuring that their actions not only fulfill a need but also are sustained after they have left the community. Many missionaries focus on the needs of the communities they are serving and integrate those needs with evangelism.
Administration and Ushers
An usher is a spiritual ambassador for the local church – God’s ordained and organized body of believers. The usher serves as a “first representative” of Jesus Christ for a worship service. From the tabernacle in the Old Testament to the temple and synagogue in the New Testament, God’s presence and the teaching of His word is of supreme importance.
The disciples acted as ushers on many occasions. They directed people who came to hear Jesus speak or be touched by His healing hands. On one occasion Jesus gave a sharp warning to the disciples who tried to keep children away from Him. On another occasion, Jesus told the disciples to organize a large group of over 5,000. Jesus supplied the unending loaves and fishes, but the disciples served the hungry multitude as ushers.

Biblical Education
The primary goal of Christian education is to teach that God is the center of every life and academic endeavor. As Christian educators we are being used by God to equip our students with the tools necessary to be the servant God has called them to be and help them wholeheartedly embrace that calling. Isaiah 55:11 says, “so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.” Therefore, it is our responsibility to God and the families we serve to be daily filling our own hearts with the truth of God’s word so we ourselves are equipped to teach accordingly.
